All of the stars you earned by cheating are saved as well. Now play through any mission (I prefer Born Again because it's easy) until you get to a save point and save. Once you're done go back to the main menu and deactivate all of the cheats by putting them in again. Play through whatever missions you want using whatever cheats you want. You may have noticed that when you beat a mission with more stars then your previous record, they are shown on the scene selection screen and will stay there as long as the game is on (without having to save).
